What we collect

When you create an account, place an order, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address, phone number, delivery address, and order history. Signing in only requires a one-time code sent to your email — we never ask for or store a password.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders
• To manage your Desert Coins wallet and order history
• To send order updates, promotions and coupon codes if you’ve opted in
• To let vendors fulfil orders containing their products

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal data to third parties. Vendors only see the order details needed to fulfil items you’ve bought from them — not your full account information.

Your choices

You can update or delete your marketing preferences any time from My Account → Profile, or contact us at desertandcoofficial@gmail.com to request access to or deletion of your data.
